Dunn & Brooks is a Brooks & Dunn tribute band built around the duo’s hit catalog, played note for note by a lineup of former Nashville musicians. The act also offers a Christmas show featuring songs from It Won’t Be Christmas Without You alongside familiar Brooks & Dunn hits.
Dunn & Brooks is a tribute band dedicated to Brooks & Dunn. The act is built around the music of Kix Brooks and Ronnie Dunn, who formed in 1989 and went on to top the Billboard country charts across a career that spanned decades with over 20 #1 hits.
Of those 20 #1 hits, Ronnie Dunn sang 18, which is why the tribute is titled Dunn & Brooks. The band features a lineup of former Nashville musicians who love the studio recordings and work to play the music note for note.
The show centers on the songs that defined Brooks & Dunn’s catalog, including Neon Moon, Boot Scootin’ Boogie, and My Maria.
Dunn & Brooks also offers a Christmas show based on Brooks & Dunn’s 2002 holiday album, It Won’t Be Christmas Without You. That set features covers of traditional Christmas songs along with several newly written tunes from the album, while still mixing in the Brooks & Dunn hits audiences know.
Brian Parker performs the Ronnie Dunn role and Michael Self performs the Kix Brooks role, backed by the Dunn & Brooks band.
