What happens next
What to expect after you submit.
- Neutral review. We evaluate disputes against the published moderation policy — not the star rating itself.
- 5 business days. We target a written response within five business days, including the policy section that applied.
- We may follow up. Expect an email if we need additional context from you.
- Both sides notified. If a review is removed, the reviewer and the band are both told the reason.
