The Who Invasion

The Who Invasion is a Las Vegas, Nevada tribute band dedicated to The Who, with each player taking on a specific role from the original lineup. Keith Steven Caplan, a New Jersey native, fronts the band as Roger Daltrey. He is presented with Daltrey’s powerful yet sensitive voice, blonde hair, and physical presence. Pat Caruso, also from New Jersey, covers the Keith Moon role on drums. His playing draws on Moon’s dynamic, freewheeling, stick-twirling style and drives the band’s sound. On bass, Toronto native Alf James performs as John Entwistle. He plays Entwistle’s signature Spider bass and serves as the stoic, anchoring cornerstone of the group. Las Vegas native Aaron Archer takes the Pete Townshend role, covering both rhythm and lead guitar. His stage movement and guitar style follow Townshend’s slashing, bruising approach.
