Bio
The Fabulous Yachtsmen are a Los Angeles Yacht Rock tribute band focused on the soft rock hits of the late 1970s and early 1980s. Their set centers on authentic renditions of the smooth melodies, lush harmonies, and intricate arrangements that define the genre.
The band pays tribute to artists including Christopher Cross, Michael McDonald, Toto, Steely Dan, and Hall & Oates, along with other names associated with the Yacht Rock sound. From silky vocals to carefully built guitar solos and a tight rhythm section, they aim to capture the character of each song with close attention to detail.
For buyers, the appeal is clear: a tribute act with a defined musical lane, familiar songbook, and a performance style built around the laid-back feel and polished sound audiences expect from Yacht Rock. The Fabulous Yachtsmen perform for private events, corporate functions, and music festivals.
