“Lived up to the Reddit chatter! I saw David Bowie in the 90s which was fantastic - and didn't get to experience the classics, so this was a treat!”

Space Oddity: David Brighton’s tribute to David Bowie

Performance video
Bio
Space Oddity centers on David Brighton’s tribute to David Bowie, built around the voice, look, and stage movement associated with Bowie’s most recognizable eras.
Brighton has been credited as one of the leading Bowie impersonators, and the act is presented as a David Bowie tribute with a strong visual and performance focus. Harry Maslin, producer of Bowie’s Young Americans and Station to Station albums, said Brighton has the voice, moves, and look to step in for Bowie.
Brighton’s credits include appearing alongside David Bowie in TV commercials for Vittel Mineral Water and for Reality, Bowie’s CD at the time. In those career-spanning ads, Brighton portrayed several of Bowie’s best-known personas, with the campaigns airing in the United States, Great Britain, and across Europe.
He has also appeared as David Bowie on VH1 and in Shakira’s concert video. For buyers looking for a Bowie tribute that is easy to place and quick to understand, Space Oddity offers a clear concept tied directly to Brighton’s long-running Bowie portrayal work.

“My family and I very much enjoyed the performances. The band was so talented and charismatic. We especially liked the crowd interactions and song request options. This band could easily engage an audience for another hour or so beyond when things ended. It was a great time! :)”
Ingrid
“Hello Band! I first saw you years ago in Orange Co i believe. Then, magically at my retirement party at the Cantina in Calabasas, CA in June of 2014, you were there! 12 years later, and i got to see you tonight at the Scherr Forum in Thousand Oaks. Great great stuff. Wonderful set list. Had so much fun! Hope to see you again soon”
Al
“David Brighton puts on a fantastic show as Ziggy Stardust. Spot on with his voice, appearance, and likeness, it will leave you wanting more. Each era of Bowies ever changing, reinventing of himself is brought on faithfully. If your a Bowie fan, I highly recommend seeing David Brightons Space Oddity show. It does not disappoint.”
