Bio
CAPTURED is a Journey tribute based in Louisville, Kentucky, built for buyers who want the songs played live and played true to the originals.
The band is made up of seasoned veterans and performs without backing tracks. What you hear is live, period. The set leans into the elements people come to a Journey show for: power ballads, searing guitar solos, and the sound associated with Steve Perry’s voice on the original records.
Audience feedback consistently points to accuracy and familiarity. One attendee called it “as close to Steve Perry as anyone could hope to get” and said the music was “just like turning on the radio and hearing the original music again.” Others described the show as “awesome,” said “he really sounds like Steve Perry,” and summed it up with “Sounded just like the real Journey.”
For venues, events, and buyers looking for a clear Journey-focused tribute from Louisville with a fully live approach, CAPTURED presents a straightforward, song-first show.

Reviews
“I've seen this band perform several times. Always a great show. They sound so much like Journey that it takes you back in time to when these songs were first released. I can guarantee you won't be disappointed so go check them out if you haven't!”

“I’ve seen Captured about six to 8 times. The lead singer is absolutely mesmerizing. If you close your eyes, you could swear you were listening to Steve Perry sing live. Everything they do in their show is high level production. They could take their show to Vegas and charge $100 a seat and people would feel like they got an incredible value. Highly recommend! 10/10.”
