Bio
Bee Gees Gold is a Bee Gees tribute led by John Acosta as Barry Gibb. He has performed in Bee Gees tributes all over the world, with a portrayal built around the look and falsetto of Barry Gibb.
The show features John Acosta as Barry, Daryl Borges as Robin, and Jeff Celentano as Maurice. Backed by a live band, they recreate the look and sound of the Bee Gees from the 1960s through the late 1970s, including the falsetto-driven style closely associated with the group.
The set draws from early songs including Massachusetts and I Started a Joke, through later disco hits such as Stayin’ Alive and You Should Be Dancing. For buyers, it is a clear-format tribute show centered on familiar Bee Gees material, period look, and live-band backing.
