Kate Bush tribute
Kate Bush’s music brought to life through song, dance, and theatrical production
Bio
Baby Bushka is a San Diego-based tribute to Kate Bush performed by an ensemble of 8 singing and dancing performers. The show centers on live performance, movement, and theatrical presentation to reflect the character of Kate Bush’s music.
The production uses atmospheric lighting, intricate set design, and multimedia elements to shape the visual side of the performance. Dance and vocals work together throughout, with contemporary dance, expressive movement, and theatrical choreography used to match the style and tone associated with Kate Bush.
The repertoire spans Kate Bush’s career, including early songs such as Wuthering Heights and Babooshka, along with later works including Running Up That Hill and Cloudbusting. The material is presented with fresh interpretation while keeping the spirit of the original songs in place.
For buyers, Baby Bushka is a clearly defined Kate Bush tribute with an 8-performer lineup and a staged visual format built into the show. It is suited to events looking for a tribute act that combines recognizable Kate Bush material with dance, vocals, and a more theatrical performance feel.

Reviews
“Baby Bushka were on fire in every song. each member of the band pitch-perfect in musicianship, harmonies completely in sync, and each word delivered with the kind of feeling that captured both the earnest, sentimental weirdness that makes Kate Bush so special, and a distinct personality all Baby Bushka's own. Every song was a spectacle in itself, with choreographed dance routines, props, and costume changes.”
Josh Booker
“Inevitably, Wuthering Heights garners the most enthusiastic crowd response, but it's Cloudbusting that ends the night, all eight gathering at the front of the stage to sing a cappella. "I know that something good is gonna happen"? It just did.”
