Rock again like we did back then! “Playing the Palace” a two-day tribute band music festival is all set to electrify the stage at the Cow Palace, Saturday and Sunday, April 22-23.
“Playing the Palace” will showcase some of the best rock tribute bands in the region, celebrating the musical legacy of the Cow Palace and dedicated to the greats that have graced the Cow Palace stage over the last half-century.
Since opening in 1941, the Cow Palace has welcomed over 50 million visitors through its doors, with appearances from artists, speakers & politicians, like John F. Kennedy, Martin Luther King Jr., Evel Knievel, Elvis Presley, The Beatles, and more.
This year, “Playing the Palace” will have tributes to the legendary bands of Sammy Hagar, Fleetwood Mac, Journey and Pink Floyd, the Beach Boys, Creedence Clearwater Revival, the Beatles, and Neil Diamond. Enjoy non-stop music, food, and drinks; it’s a festival that music lovers won’t want to miss.
